You should fill every day with small acts of giving, as this is an effective way to bring happiness to yourself and others. Even just smiling at someone is an act of giving. Happiness isn’t something that just happens, it’s something you need to actively pursue.

True happiness doesn’t come from wealth or beauty or status or anything external, it comes from within.
